HAHA somehow i knew this blog would go stagnant in one way or another.. let me put some life back into this place. comon, we're supposed to be conversionists.. so let the restoration begin!

Yup 2006 was a good year for us, yet with almost a month into 2007, time flies so quickly.. Im sure each and everyone of us has their goals, their visions to run for. And im sure you would want God's plan for you this year to unfold, and reap the blessings He has. haha. just like myself, you'll have a long list of things you'd want to accomplish and want to see God do in your life.. how desperate are you for it? how hungry are you for more? the sense of urgency? the attitude within determines our altitude.. coming into the year relaxed and thinking "aiyah, God sure make it happen for me one" would only spell danger.. cos for all you know, God may just be sitting back and doing nothing. HAHA.

Yes, so the point is, dreams are dreams, but making them a reality requires us to make the moves. Failure is part and parcel of life, and i realised that the hard way, but nevertheless, its definitely a stepping stone to making me stronger and courageous. its hard, but one day im sure of getting the breakthrough!

One such example is my IPPT (also known as napfa in sec sch). I remember how i struggled in tekong doing all those pushups, assisted chin ups and enduring all the various trainings and yet, i still couldnt get a pass.. and as days went by, people around me improved, and yet i could see no headway made.. however towards the end i got 3 to 5 points for each station except chin up. and I must tell you, chin ups are one of the toughest items to train for. Your muscles will ache like crazy, but yet you still have to keep doing and keep doing and keep doing. At one point, my arms felt as if it wasnt there, and there was totally no strength and life in my arms. just dangling there. it was a low, but once entering my unit, i PASSED.

What am i trying to drive at?

although you might think that its the ONLY chance to succeed, you give your all and eventually you wasted it, dont worry, many more opportunities will come for you.. keep a positive mindset and God will come through..

Hey guys! What a fantastic monthwe just had, with the arise and build, and Pastor Ulf and Phil coming almost back to back! I hope that everyone has been blessed by their messages and have not only received them but applied them in your lives. Simply going for service and listening to them isn't enough. If you don't receive it, digest it and apply it, then all their words would have been useless, and you would have wasted your time.

Heb 11:6 "But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him."

And I want to tell you guys, don't be lazy!

It takes effort to seek the Lord. It will take your time, your patience, your energy. You may not find Him after one night, two nights, three nights, but don't stop seeking Him until you find Him. Deut 4:29 "But from there you will seek the LORD your God, and you will find Him if you seek Him with all your heart and with all your soul."

Jesus died to reconcile us with God the Father. For us to have a relationship with Him. If you simply go to church every week without expecting to grow closer to God, to meet with Him, you've gotta change. God is a person. He has feelings too. Like what pauline said, don't just go to Him and keep telling Him what you want from Him. Get to know Him as a person. For who He is. Seek Him diligently. And really, once you have God, you'll have everything.

How do you seek God? Where can He be found? He's right there with you. Right now. Pray more. Spend more time with Him. If some of you can talk for hours on the phone with friends or spend all your time chatting on msn, why don't you spend at least an hour with God? Make Him your closest friend. Approach Him with a willing and open heart. Talk to Him any time of the day. He's always listening.

And don't be satisfied. Never be satisfied with what you have or where you are now. If not, you'll never go any further in your walk with Him. Keep telling God to show you more of Him, keep telling Him you're not satisfied. Tell Him you want more of Him. Go from glory to glory.
And enjoy your walk with God. It's gonna be exciting :)

Friends, even as we get busy in our individual agendas, it may be schoolwork, exams, friends, work, or even ministry, let us not forget this fundamental -- love. For everythnig that we're doign means nothing to God without love. coz God is love. so everythnig He does centered upon His love for us and for the world. Everytime you encounter difficulty, thnk about the greatest miracle of all -- the gift of salvation, that has been given so freely that many times we take it for granted. So let us keep this in mind, for every word spoken, every step walked. let us show love to the world, show God to the world.

hi! wow this is so exciting for me.. haha first time i ever blogged.. im an outdated pen and paper girl :p its really good to see all these words of encouragement.. so im going to give my 2 cents worth too haha!

there was a classroom of little boys and girls in a sunday school listening to their teacher talk about values
teacher pauline: "sometimes the actions we do have many consequences.. little kenneth what do yu call people who put their hands into another man's pocket and takes his money away?"

haha okay i might get stonned by the sisters during svc :p
but arent we glad God is not like that (: He never keeps any blessings or secrets from us.. we never have to put our hands into God's pocket and try to pull out the wretched and dismal remains of a blessing hoping and praying we can get it out before we get caught. God has already placed all His eternal blessings and promises on the table, in the light and for us to see. the problem most of the time is with us. we only see a limited view of God's whole plan for us and complain its too hard and too much to sacrifice for something so little.

i always wondered what would have happened if emmeline the girl who brought me to Christ thought it was just too troublesome to reach out to me.. why pick the high and rotten fruits when there are always low lying ripe ones? i believe the harder to reach out to a fren and integrate him/her, the greater the satisfaction of seeing him/her fall in love with God (:

so today i really challenge yu to look around yur class, yur home, yur army camp, yur work place and not look at who is easy to bring, yes of course that is impt, but this time rely on the prompting of the Holy Spirit.. cause sometimes when yu least expect it God will challenge yu to go for the high fruit.. so never have a limited view of any fren or think that person is a dead end cause we're not here to sneak our hand into God's pocket to get a pitiable and contemptible revival.. we're boldly asking for it with the help of the Holy Spirit! so dont get shocked at who God wants yu to reach out to next! (:

On a different note, with all the exams over, or almost over, I'm sure all of us can now finally relax. But let us not slacken in serving the Lord. It was great seeing all the new friends yesterday joining us. Let us be enthusiastic in inviting our friends continually, especially for the special encore worship service this Sunday by Andrew Naylor and David Holmes:)

Long since the last update (= I'm sure everyone enjoyed the marriage seminar so far yeah? i shall not say things like i'm sure your marriages have been strengthened.. =P but i'm sure the Spirit's still speaking to us through the little things. We can certainly learn how to better communicate, love one another (not necessarily our spouse) and fight fair through the various sessions:)

I believe this is a word in season for us. That we all, N309, should focus on our main goal. That is telling others about the Good News. Committing our youth to Jesus is one thing. Doing that action plan is another thing. As we all know that without God, we are nothing. Paul states when he was about to journey to Jerusalem that his life is worth absolutely NOTHING to him unless he tells others about God. This should be our cry too. That we should live for him to do his will, otherwise we are worth nothing. Lets all feel burdened for the lost again. Imagine your best friend not going to heaven with you, it is painful, even I feel. Work hard! Laziness is not an option here! Proverbs 10:26 says Lazy people are a PAIN to the employer(God). We do not want to be a pain to God. We have one life, lets live it for God. Romans 12:11 says Never be lazy in your work, but serve the Lord enthusiastically. Lets go all out for our friends this week as it is CHC's 17th Anniversary and FOP. There will be a Pirates Of the Carribean Foodhunt this Sunday from 2-5pm. Another opportunity to invite our friends. Lets do this, not to impress people, not for Pauline, not for men, but for God. :)

HI EVERYONE.

I've finally found time to blog here. Kinda hard to maintain 2 blogs you know. Anyway thanks brandon for updating for me, been real busy with work, so not much time to slack off and blog. HAHA. Anyway, most of the events have been more or less updated already, so nothing much to update anyway. Oh yes. We're all invited to Jacqueline and Jocelin's 19th birthday this coming sat at 630pm AFTER CELL. so you guys know lah do whatever you want, dont be too rowdy. HAHA. yes not too rowdy( at most throw her in the pool, smash cake, etc, like that only hor. lol. at most she change cell only. BUT SHE WONT! she loves us too much. HAHAHA.) okay enough of nonsense, we Christians are fun, but disciplined people =) lol.

Just wanna share a breakthrough with one of my attendance people, Ajay. You guys may not have even seen him often cos he leaves almost immediately after cell group or service. Even me myself, I couldnt even hold a 5min conversation with him before, cos he was quite withdrawn, and cos yeah. i realise im quite intimidating to some. HAHA. But anyway, past few weeks since the world cup, he's been really opening up. And I felt it all started when I invited him down for soccer, and he played i think only 1 match. but that 1 match was enough for me to talk to him, joke around. haha. enjoyable..

Then gerald and i invited him over to stay over at gerald's place together with Liangwei (Ajay was under liangwei last time) and afew others to catch the world cup semi-final. A night I'll never forget cos Ajay laughed SO SO SO MUCH, more than the smile than you ever see everytime you see him. And last night when I gave him a call, for the first time in history, we crossed the 30mins mark, and he started off quite afew topics, which is quite unexpected, but to God all the glory =).

So guys, keep trying, keep moving, keep praying and keep reaching out, you'll never know what our God can do in just a few minutes. If our hearts are not in it for real, then we're not doing God's will willingly but grudgingly. Jesus said that His yoke is easy and His burden is light, so why worry so much when events give us a chance to integrate the friends that come for service? Mountain-moving faith + divine revelation + Creative action = Abundant fruit! Faith without works is dead, so lets really move in the lives of people(whether Christian or non-Christian, regular or irregular) amen!

Relational Evangelism CAN change the face of the earth cos out there, if you say that there is not one person who is emotionally hurt, who is heartbroken, then you're lying. Cos this world is imperfect, but we love and serve a perfect God whose unconditional love saved us. With such a great solution to emotional hurt, how can they find the solution when they dont know the solution that is out there readily available for them? =)

Hello Everybody!

I'm glad that the blog is finally updated. It has been a long time (How long you ask? look at the last update). I believe Pst. Robb Thompson has really taught us how impt the art of communication is and how it can really change your life. Pst also mentioned that good never influences evil but the other way round. Even though we are all strong in God, lets not let our guard down against certain temptations or maybe people in your life that may be influencing you. Lets Pray to God and ask if there is anything that we need to change in this area.

There will be no cell group meetings this week but that doesn't mean that saturday is off. Lets continue to invite our friends and pray that God will open their hearts Amen?

Pastor Che Ahn is coming this week. Lets go all out to invite our friends. If there is any friend in your life that is sick in the body, lets invite him/her and be expectant for a miracle.

Hi everyone!

Im glad that all of us enjoyed the Xplosive race we had last week, let not drop the ball for this week's Xtreme Sports either! Photos of Emerge 2006 and Xplosive race have been put up, courtesy of RACHEL! WHOO! Anyway, though my group didnt win, we pretty much enjoyed cycling around, most of us hadnt touched a bike in years.. well except song jie. hahaha. Congrats to TEAM CHLOE! the all-star team of xiao mei meiss.. hahaha. well done!

Oh well, Im sure most of you all know that Cell Group will be combined with W345 and N209 this sat 3pm at Hume Park 2. Anyone who dosent know how to go please meet up with someone okay?

Events board has been updated.. next week there will be another friendship connection! Heh, know its tiring for you guys to keep asking your friends, especially big day after event, event after big day.. all the more we should lean on God for His grace and strength yeah? =) So lets keep on keeping on! Pauline reminded me yet again that its not about how many friends come, but how many have you asked.. which is quite true.. If we dont open our golden mouths, how would they know you have an event? If only 1 or 2 of your friends know, do you think that they'll do free publicity? Or if you only have afew friends, then i guess you have to ENLARGE your tents and get to know MORE people! =)

Also for the Superman event, it will be something like The Day After Tomorrow event at JW church building, just that its bigger, better, and there are really attractive prizes to be won! Free tickets to Superman! etc,. (heh not sure what are the other surprises) Take note that next week there will be no cell group, this event will mean that you have attended cell group! The meeting will be EVANGELISTIC so it will not be complete if we dont bring our friends down for such a time as this!

Post Emerge

hi guys! I guess most of us have enjoyed and witnessed the powerful Emerge conference. I believe most have been touched by the presence and power of God in all the sessions and gotten revelations from the various messages. Most imptly, obtain a fresh purpose, a fresh vision, a fresh annointing, and a fresh revelation of God. Nevertheless lets not grow weary while doing good, I believe our friends are still out there waiting to be saved! I know its tiring, with all 4 days of emerge going late into the night. Spirit is willing but flesh is weak. BUT. I believe in a God that is all powerful, and GOOD! So lets crucify our flesh and press on for what God has called each and every one of us to do!

The prayer meeting held yesterday was amazing, though there wasnt the laying of hands, but people broke through the comfort zone to take the microphone and pray for their school's revival. Though for us, I give the benefit of a doubt to the brothers that they had their reasons for not coming due to training, school etc. But I really hope we dont drop the ball, we dont just serve God with our own strength, we DELIGHT in serving God. Who are we serving? God or Man? Of course many would reply God, but how many are actually clear of what they are doing? Has reaching the lost been an " okay loh, pauline ask me to do, I do"? Has reaching the lost been "aiyah, if I dont bring friends pauline will scold me"? Has reaching the lost come to a state where everything has been routinal and we actually lose the joy of serving God?

That was what burdened me on wed afternoon.

So many events are coming up... what kind of reactions will we get? will we get a "huh? another event ah"? or will we get a "not again"? If we ourselves dont like the event organised, what makes you so sure that your friends will LOVE the event? If what i say is true, then this sunday's event will be just another bonding session with no new friends. but NO! i do not want it to come to pass. Every week I still look forward to the guys bringing in the friends. Every week I still look forward for new faces. Every week when i submit the attendance forecast, I hope to tell pauline so-and-so has friends, or I have friends coming this week. Every week, I wish that I can call new people.

So, n309, what are we doing? Are we still doing the same things we did before emerge? If that is so, then how has emerge transformed you? Our attitudes should change, Our mindsets should be different, and so should our thoughts..

Finally I shall leave you with a question..

So what are you waiting for?

Hi n309,

Events board has been updated, and as you can see, the entire month of June is empty, with no special guest speakers coming to preach. Already in the CHC website : www.chc.org.sg , an advert has already been put up for additional carpark spaces for the 2 weeks following EMERGE! What does this tell us? That Pastor wants to prevent adults from getting summons (sah-mans)? NO! Pastor believes that the friendSSS will start coming in. Youths will be re-ignited, determined to run His race, finish His plan for them! I believe that EMERGE! will be too POWERFUL to leave us the same. God Himself loves us too much to leave us the way we were!

Hearts of stone will melt..

Mindsets will be changed..

The EXTRAORDINARY will become ORDINARY..

Come post-Emerge, the subzone will be organizing a series of events to invite new friends, integrate new friends into the cell group, and so, lets all be prayerful of a powerful Emerge and post-Emerge as well. A cry/burden for something you've never thought you would experience before.. Already in my QT, I've felt the Holy Spirit telling me.. prepare hard, prepare well, somethings gonna come, more than what you could ever hope or dream of. Whatever you can think of OR see in the natural now, God can do a 100 fold better! So much expectancy! I pray you guys are as excited for Emerge as I am, cos I can feel it in my bones, not because of all the events and hype, but because, I am just less than 2 days away, from the biggest breakthrough of my entire LIFE.

So n309, dare to dream big! dont allow circumstance to limit your dreams! for all you know, this coming Emerge 2006, the one who is gonna have the breakthrough is YOU!

Hi guys, think u people are quite sian after seeing this blog un-updated. Well, cell group resumes this week.. please be reminded that our service has been pushed FORWARD to 9AM. so please please please come early. if service starts at 10am and we're all coming in at like 9.55am. what makes you guys sure that we'll get a seat? Lets all be disciplined in this area.. =).

I'm sure all have been mightily blessed by Pst Phil's conference and the weekend service. The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much.. so let us get our prayer lives up another level. Though we may not have the CCC band or church band at home, but as we come before God with earnest hearts, and tarry for His presence, I'm sure our prayer life will not be the norm, but going from glory to glory as we press on for more of God. So, to help build our spirit man we'll be having more prayer meetings! The first of which is held this friday 8pm at caribbean condo. Those who cant make it please tag your email so that I can mail you the prayer list so that you know what is going on in church and in cell group.

Putting that aside, lets us all be prepared for Emerge, our annual youth conference! You guys know how inspiring and powerful the entire conference is, from the events to the praise and worship and down to the preaching of God's Word. Let us come expectant that God will give us a word and use us more effectively in our campus ministry!

So can you eat? event is on May 28. As far as I've heard, Gerald has 4 friends that are willing to come for BOTH service and the event! This is despite the upcoming Chinese 'O' Levels June paper! So if he can, so can we who have no exams / finished exams!

Passion ~ Going back to the 1st Love

PASSION! ~~ I overheard this statement mentioned to someone: " You may still have the excitement but you have lost the Passion." It blew my mind! It is a word that many of us understood with our mind but somehow I needed it to be more than that personally... I needed to bring it closer to my heart once again. Passion is like fuel, without it, we are just pushing the car forward manually... It can move but takes every bit of our strength away...
I look at a few of the thriving adult cell groups, prospering and growing... Oh man! They are really into the Father's business... The cell group leaders are not superficially excited on the outside but passionate on the inside. Meeting friends, having bible studies till late into the nights like 12am! Forsaking their sleep, holding full time jobs and yet still have the joy of the Lord. Indeed, Passion is not a method but the ability to feel satisfied when they do the will of God. Like in John 4: Jesus said that His food is to do the will of His Father.
What is the will of God in N309? To win the LOST!! Lord, let your will be done in this cell group!! The joy in the cell can only be sustained through one mean: To do the will of God!
Pastor Mark Conner says Passion can be lost, but we can get it back through prayers and going back to the first love. Going back to the place where I do not have the wisdom, the ability, the leadership, the resources but pure faith that I just want to do His will. Yet while I try... the wisdom, ability, leadership skills and resources came. I reminded myself, not to get the sequence wrong. If God can stir up an adult like me, God can stir up the youths in N309. Oh man, are they talented and loving! But... get the sequence right... Seek 1st the kingdom of God and all things shall be added unto you.... PASSION will be added too...

Empty vessels

Empty vessels make the most noise

I've heard this phrase over and over again in primary and secondary school when teachers try to keep the noise level down in class. However, according to my time, not even one has succeeded in doing so and I feel it has been overused in keep-it-down-i'm-trying-to-teach lecutures/scoldings. They always say since the vessel is empty, when you scream in it, there will be and echo louder than what you scream. And thus, relate our class of extremely noisy and hyperactive kids to them. The point is, at primary school level who would care to think about what it means?

The Bible often likens a vessel to our own hearts. When God fills you, He fills you with rivers of living water. If we stop praying, worshipping, the water level of our vessel gets lower and lower until there is nothing left (ie evaporation). Questions like "Where are you, God?" "Why doesnt anyone love me?" Everything is about me, me and nothing but me! How now? no more water? Sit back, relax and do nothing? Of course not! It is our own responsibility to get up and get going! That's why empty vessels make the MOST noise. They want GOD to notice them. They want GOD to fill them again. They know that without GOD nothing is possible. They pray, they scream, they shout praises to GOD to catch his attention! They are spirtually hungry! Pray, pray and PRAY!

Non-christians are alike too, they want to be accepted, they want to be of high status. They want to have many many friends like a socialite. Jesus asked the woman to bring Him vessels until she could bring no more. Empty vessels are everywhere, lacking something, needing something. Lets all go out to fill all the empty vessels!

As we all enter in to various seasons in our spiritual walk, it is evermore important to guard our hearts. Some of us may have actually entered a valley in the process of serving God. Do not be discouraged, but yet look forward to the mountain that is ahead of you! The Bible warns us of the end times where the Devil's army will try to take us away from God. So let us all be prayer warriors today. If a small little distraction has succeeded in diverting your attention, you are definitely not ready for what is to come.. Lets not lose the passion for God and the lost!

post-Easter post

Hi guys! I believe that the CSI: Singapore event was a success. Although as a station master, I only got to know what I was supposed to do at 11pm saturday night. Thank God that all of us could wake up despite the game starting at 8am in the morning ( I tell you its the first day of the year i woke up at 5am)! Praise God for all the friends that came for the event! and we didnt let the overwhelming odds make us complacent (half the teams were from n309).. and congrats to Chloe's team that won! *actually they just tried their best to make me laugh* Sadly we didnt take pictures. ahha

Onto Easter @ Expo,

the Drama was fantastically fanatabulous! in my own opinion, indeed it was better than last year. Thank God for all the friends that came and got saved! Those who didnt go down or respond, praise God that at least a seed is planted in their hearts! Let us all be faithful servants and continue watering their seeds Amen?

Oh yeah.. for all those whose friends either put you aeroplane (a.k.a pang seh) or didnt want to come, dont be sad... theres always this weekend's FRIENDSHIP CONNECTION! There'll be international singers/songleaders to lead us in worship(powerful time yeah?) BUT I dont think they'll come cos of them.. haha they'll come becos you knocked, you asked and you brought them! Remember: Its either you have coffee with your friend, OR if you/your friend dont like coffee, tea with your friend, OR you guys have to spend friendship connection with YOURS TRULY.

So, if you guys dont want to spend Friendship Connection with me, haha, then BRING SOMEONE! *lol. im laughing as i post this up*

I'll update the events list later, but for now bear in mind that this week is friendship connection week, so get your friendssssss. OH and those who are going to angel's and candice's performances, the events are on friday and saturday respectively. Those going may want to arrange for dinner before the respective performances. =)

Cell group resumes saturday 1pm @ 95 High Gate Crescent! Come with a heart of expectancy to receive something from God! Till saturday, keep praying, keep calling, and keep walking!

dear all, i hope you guys enjoyed today's service! i believe the presence of God was in the place in a powerful way. i hope everyone felt ministered, encouraged and changed. let's continue to pray that the spirit does not end His miracles here, let's have this like of encounter every week! those who are still praying for healing to happen keep on keeping on yeah? get some of the members to pray together.

we all should know by now that easter is in 2 weeks. let's begin to reach out to our friends, fellowshipping and meeting their needs so we can be in time to invite them for easter service!share pauline's vision of busing friends down amen? let's also believe that this easter is going to be a harvest time for the church and the cell group!

meanwhile, get prayed up! keep the spirit man strong, be ready for God to pour out His blessings of revival anyday anytime! (:

It's really not about how excited we seem to be in church, not about how high we jump, how loud we cheer, how beautiful the words in the songs may seem. it's not even how we cried when we're filled with the presence. all these are part of it, yes, but all 'worship' are in vain when not joined with our lives. so let us renew the passion of the Christ once again, and bring our whole lives before the Lord. our lives may not have much, but He cant love us any less, or any more. as dirty as frankincense may seem in the outside, it produces a sweet aroma unto Him.

Hi all, hope you guys have enjoyed the Passion Event we had last weekend.. Though we didnt have many new faces, I hope the not-so-integrated members have been integrated in the cell. Thank God the rain stopped in due time for the event to commence and not waste all our hard work yeah?

We have FINALLY come down to the best person to represent n309 in Word Power! She is none other than JIE YUN! In fact she was the only one who got above 70% last week. =) Lets hope she can bring glory to n309~~ lol

By SPECIAL REQUEST: Gerald has asked those who read this blog to post up your studyhours, prayer times, bible readings, whoever has called you during the week and did you bring any friends..=)

Next week's the FIRST week of APRIL. So please please bring your tithes into the storehouse like in Mal 3:10. =) Do not assume its April Fool's and tell God :" Im giving my tithes today!.... April Fool's!" okay not a funny joke.

Dr Richard Roberts is coming for the weekend, so bring all those sick friends into God's house this Sunday! They may not neccessary have cancer, be blind or have a hole in their throat, but they may need emotional healing for someone that had hurt them deeply. God is a God of miracles and signs and wonders, for all you know, your friend's emotional need may be met this week! So let us be alert for new people and yet keep following up on the caring system friends!

Easter is coming soon! Those who have watched the Passion of the Christ, I believe you witnessed first hand how Jesus went through the cross just for our sins, some people crying when he was tortured. A Love so great that needs to be shared to all our friends, family, relatives.. Let's not waste borrowed time.. Any moment, Jesus may come back, so hurry! what are you waiting for? Those that come will be blessed with something ( i dont knw what yet. but something. maybe chocolates or what.. see what we can think of), and of course they'll be blessed by the drama and the message. Most importantly, they'll be blessed by their salvation! Start inviting NOW!

Hello n309-ers.. and of course visitors from the subzone. hahah. Just a reminder that the Word Power Quiz is gonna be this saturday. Are you ready?

Also if you havent done anything about the caring system, HURRRY GO DO SOMETHING!! MAKE A CARD! BLESS HIM/HER! DO SOMETHING NICE! hahahah. just anything to show that you care! The Passion event is gonna be a BANG! so pls pls let not our efforts be in vain. =)

Know its tiring for you guys there.. Spelling Bee, school work, tests, cca, cell group, Passion event, Word Power, some even POS training.. It seems endless, as if the work load never stops coming in.. Yeah I know I know. But some may say "But *****(whoever that calls you)/ or in this case.. Kenneth!!! You graduated already!! You have all the time in the world to build your spiritual life, reach out and do anything you want!!"

Who says I dont empathize? In my poly days.. I had a whole lot of things to do.. Projects.. Tests.. Assignments.. Even Emerge Events, Cell group Fellowship and Events.. whoa man. You can never perceive how i went through all that without God. When things were down, I served harder. When things looks bleak, I seeked God for strength. When I got too tired.. I prayed for renewal of my mind. The Bible warns us of getting weary while doing good, lest we succumb and allow our carnal flesh to slow us down.

But of COURSE! if God is on our side, who can be against us? NO ONE. No, I'm not asking you to stage a rebellion just by claiming that you are on God's side. Let us all have faith to push through for the cell group's breakthrough. Let us have faith to reach 50 on-fire, God-fearing youths for Christ. Let us be used by God to do His will.

Finally this blog is completed. I have yet to change the picture though.. please send it to me (kenneth) or angel so that i can change it. =) Alright. This blog will function starting from now.. any upcoming events etc will be up on the side.. excluding birthdays.. thats not my job. hahha. Entries will be put up by the core memebers to edify, encourage and enlighten.. =) Of course. if you wish to post.. let any of us know.

Anyway. I hope everyone of you enjoyed the service and cell group this week. You must agree with me that Sis Esther took our cell group UP another level of worship. I believe with ALL MY HEART.. that we WILL get our breakthrough after breakthrough. BUT bear in mind that FAITH without works, is dead. so let us work towards our upward calling, Amen? Friendship Connection may be over, but we cant just stop there.. press on, perservere for God's blessing. Ask and receive.. Knock and He will open.. The going is tough.. but the stripes Jesus took for us en route to the cross.. every single step is worth it. N309! Lets go from glory to glory!

Please Remember to Fill in the Bible Reading, Study Hours, Prayer Time, etc in the booklet! This is to help us keep track of your spiritual growth and help you if you face any difficulties.. Dont be afraid to say you're not doing well! We're all not perfect yeah? Feel free to voice out any.. and i mean ANY problems to the people that calls you =)

Cell group will be as per normal, 1pm at Highgate Crescent. Dont miss you appointment with God! Every min, Every Second Counts! Be at the right place at the right time!
